About Us

Where We're Headed

A movement that starts in classrooms and grows into systemic change.

By 2030, Burundi will have a growing network of indigenous leaders transforming education from within.

Not foreign experts. Not temporary programs. A permanent pipeline of Burundian teachers, school leaders, and policymakers who started in classrooms and rose to lead the system.

How We'll Get There

Four phases. One goal: systemic change led by Burundians.

Phase 1

Build the Foundation

Establish partnerships, design our training model, and assemble the team. Every strong movement starts with deep roots.

Phase 2

Launch & Learn

Place our first cohort of fellows in classrooms. Learn what works. Refine relentlessly. Prove the model.

Phase 3

Grow & Multiply

Expand to more schools and provinces. Our alumni become coaches, trainers, and school leaders—multiplying impact beyond the classroom.

Phase 4

Lead the System

Alumni in policy roles. Teacher training redesigned. Curriculum improved. A generation of leaders transforming Burundi's education from within.

This is how 30 fellows become hundreds of alumni influencing tens of thousands of students.
