We Are LEAD for Burundi
A movement of indigenous leaders transforming Burundi's education system—one classroom, one community, one policy at a time.
LEAD for Burundi recruits outstanding university graduates and trains them as teacher-leaders. For two years, they teach in underserved schools—then grow into the system-changers Burundi needs.
We are 100% Burundian-led. We adapt the proven Teach For All model to Burundi's context. And we believe the crisis in Burundi's education isn't resources—it's leadership.
